I'd say maybe 10-15$ if your lucky. There's not too much stuff of value on there.
 
I'd say $10, IMO your better off just keeping it, and building on it.
 
Minecraft is the only notable thing in the DL history. And most of the Cod stats could have All Client Unlock All/ XP.
I don`t see this selling for over 5$.
