That's the layout that I have used since I joined. You can adjust it back to how it was here.

This has happened to me twice, and it fixed itself both times after about a week.
 
This LITERALLY happened to me 2 days ago cuz I was fucking around in "Edit Options" when I shouldn't have been.

It fixed itself 2 days later.

And by "it fixed itself" I bitched to Philly and probably pissed him off, but he fixed it for me.
 
It is simply an option that can you click. I can change mine back and forth.
