If you have a iphone, you have to unlock the phone to the main screen. You cant unlock it by swiping the aim message or it freezes. Turn off and on your phone it will be fine. Its stupid , but it'll work.

I think it's that if you were to put out an episode, edit, or some sort of content they might check it out. I don't know though, it's a hit and miss if that's the case. They can be inactive as fuck.
