I can pay via pp all i can really offer tho is 50-60 bucks =(

all it really needs is wifi and decent or pathetic specs

For $50-$60 you won't get a laptop. Not even low quality. I think you can get very LQ netbooks for $100...

ebay find one that's like 4-7 years old. Should be able to pick it up for that much. Otherwise if you want it new then yeah mob is right. You need more money for that.
