The actual hearing's been delayed a year. Anyway, worrying about a bill that will most likely not be passed is a bit stupid.

The owner of the website (The Elite) would be liable for any content on here which includes hacking and since that's deemed immoral, would have to be taken out. And since RuneScape is copyrighted the whole site might be taken down.

If it were too effect Runegear, it would block Americans from accessing the site, unless the hosting TE uses USA based then it could get the whole site deleted
