Well back in the day I use to play rs on my old account

I got to 99 str and got full bandos and dragon etc and I got my account hacked
-2009

I just now sent in a recovery thing and it worked

Guess what the dumb ass did...

He fucking botted on my account and got me perm banned
I had like 200m and Full bandos on it

What the fuck would any sain minded person need to bot for if they have that
I sent in another message saying to unbann my account since it was not me
They should unbann me


Im going to send in another one of my other tag back in the day
Hopfully it works!
 
They should unban you? Wow or not, that's the most used excuse in the book, true or not, it never works.

Jagex checks IP Logs.
 
This EXACT same thing happened to me.

The account was stolen and I didn't even notice for about 6 months.

I sent in the request, got the account back and realized it was banned permanently for botting.

I sent in an appeal, and the declined it.

I then used another method to reach them... sending in a "Billing Query". These are pretty much my exact words:

"Are you fucking kidding me? Why would you decline my fucking ban appeal when it was CLEARLY not me playing on the account. Re-check your logs and you will see I was hacked and now you wont even give me my account back? Your lack of customer support is really disgusting and I expect this to be looked over".

2 hours later I get a message.

"We are really sorry about the inconvenience. We had made a mistake and we have now corrected it. Once again, we are sorry and we hope you enjoy playing Runescape again"

It was actually the first time I received a "personal" message rather then their typical "Copy & Pasted"/scripted messages.

When I logged onto the account, I had 99 mining and 205M cash =).
 
It doesn't matter if it wasn't you botting, the fact is they botted on your account, YOU got the wealth from it, YOU got the level ups so they will not "reward" you for being hacked, even if they know it wasn't you botting, they CANT give it back,

You dont see they do role backs and They take stuff outa your bank now?

You did not know that or what


They do unbann you if its a hacked fagget botting
And they will role you back to back then

Oh yeh true, sorry unspoken lol, that's MAYBE what will hapen, rolled back stats and some rares taken or whatever he put on there :/

Thats the only way I can appeal my ban now since the fag used the appeal and failed epically
 
If jagex arn't dumb fucks they should know to check the IP logs from when you last logged in from your IP. Have you moved at all?
 
Lol, that's all I said.

The one time my friend got muted and all he said was "Unmute my fucking account you assholes"... and they did :|.

If your offence appeals fail, just send them a message through their Billing Support section. You will see an option to "Submit a billing query". Set the subject to "Other" and then send your message demanding the look over the account as they have made a mistake.

I just decided to swear at them because I wasn't expecting it to actually work and it did, lol.
 
Yeh it's wierd, you act calm, they give you shit, you rage, they unban you. Got 2 day muted on each of my 3 accounts. 2 got unmuted

appeal 1- "." (accepted)
appeal 2- "unmute me you ass pirate fuckers" (accepted)
appeal3- "I would like to dispute this mute, I have not violated any rules of the JaGeX terms and conditions, thank you" (denied)

They mass muted all my botting accounts, jagex is really wierd.

LUL. I so need to try Appeal 1. I acted calmly on my appeal and it was denied. -.-

False. My account got hacked & banned. Got unbanned since I had never broke a rule on that account :3.

They usually don't give accounts back. It really depends on the jmod looking at your account and how you responded.

I'm just shocked you have so many rg points with so few posts and threads. Referring all of zybez?
 
I got my Account back Unbanned with His ip and sent pics in like 200 requests and They finaly got it. I gave were he lives his names and stuff Were i live in Uk i took a trip down to memory lane. xD
No help but still.
