Could someone tell me if this would all fit together please, I'm not very good with computers.

PSU - 600W Corsair Builder Series CX CP-9020048-UK

Graphics Card - MSI GeForce GTX 660 2GB Twin Frozr graphics card

Dvd Writer - Samsung SH-224DB (24X) DVD-Writer SATA Black (Internal)

Sound Card - Creative Sound Blaster 5.1 VX PCI Sound Card

Case - Galaxy Evo Pc Gaming Computer Case Black

Harddrive - Seagate Barracuda 1TB Serial ATA-600 3.5" Internal Hard Drive 7200rpm 64MB 6GB/s

CPU - Intel® i5-3570K 3.8GHz

Motherboard - Asus P8Z77-V LX

Ram - 8GB Memory

Pm me the product links to the motherboard, graphics card, memory, case, sound card, and CPU. That's really all you need to be compatible with each other, the DVD drive and others would work pretty universally.

Judging by the specs, all of it will fit in your Mobo, But I want to know more of your "RAM"

That's not a particularly good build tbh. You could get more out of the system if you used an AMD FX-8320 CPU and used the extra cash to bump the GPU up a few models. Do you even need a sound card?
