Attach your Bank account to your paypal/alertpay/whatever payment option you use.
Add money to bank account.
Add money to your payment option (paypapl,etc.)

Paypal is safe. It's just your computer you have to worry about.

If you don't use your real info on paypal and you get limited then you wont be able to prove it's your account so you will lose the money thats on the account.

How can you not trust paypal? If anything happens to your money it's you got scammed, keylogged, RAT'd, ect. Paypal is safe and something you should actually enter your real information into.
