For me I would have to say PHPBB, don't mind as much the layout or the use of it as a user but as an admin I think it's awful especially the adding in of mods, still so many edits with PHPBB
I also think PHPBB is a pain. I mean it is very difficult to administrate it and as a user it is also not that good. I used to have a board with it and seriously it took me 1 month to understand it.
