Wired controller problem..

So I only have one controller and what the fuck do you know. Its broken. :/ Normally I know all the fixes for basically everything xbox related but this one has got me stumped. I cannot even find anything online.

Problem: Basically the cord is messed up. Not anywhere but right up close to the controller where the cord meets the controller. I can play but the second the cord moves, The controller disconnects. So basically I can;'t play without the controller disconnecting every few seconds because its hard to game and not move your controller at least a little. If you are a gamer you know what I mean.

If anyone knows a fix please let me know. I really want to play.​

Sorry to here. But I heard of this before, and I am pretty sure that it just means that your wire is coming loose. So this is just me thinking but maybe if you open your conroller up and see where the cords connect you will see if they are loose or at least see what the problem is. Hopefully this helps, or you find a fix soon.

Thats the first thing I checked once it started. All cords are connected and look fine. :/

Yeah this has happened to me before, i just got some ducktape, and taped it in a certain position where it worked, for a while. It finally gave out and i had to get a new one.

Thats what I was going to do, But than the whole controller would basically be fucked because there would be sticky residue on the controller is self. I guess I could scrub and get it off. What the hell, I will just do that. Need to buy a new one.

Well either way, If I buy a new controller there is still parts in the controller that are still good. Like the shell, buttons motherboard etc. Just not the cord. Replace the cord and its a good controller again. Thats why I didn't want it sticky. But fuck it, Theres nothing else I can do as I have no money that I can spend. I have 20 bucks irl right now LOL and none on paypal. :'(
