That doesn't matter, the money was taken back from the source, which is scamming without you paying him back. Everyone must be paid back even payments for 2 cents. If not you will remaining permanently banned, without eligibility for a pardon. Also 4 other payments, not the groups payments where taken back, including upgrades, donations, and social mediums.
 
@Philly I will give the money back to everyone, so far i don't know exactly what was charged back.

I think, what he thinks is that I want him to pay me $200 for the negative balance, then another $200 for compensation. That's not what I want, I just want to be out of my negative balance. I'm sure other members would like to be paid back as well. I helped you, by letting you send money to me to send to Philly, and when this bullshit happens everyone is supposedly paid except me, which is not cool. @Bradlay
 
Either @Bradley can pay back the $194 or @Philly can just refund the payment that you sent to him and @Bradley just won't get his group.

I don't see why @Philly couldn't do that since he won't really be losing anything.

It does not magically happen on its own there is steps only you must do, the unlimit process is near instant , and takes less then 5 minutes. Calling paypal speeds up the process to about 3 minutes, as they hold your hand threw it all.
 
@Michael told me that he just called PayPal and PayPal has refunded you. You should be able to just send the money back now.
