Why was living banned?

I just discovered that my m8 Living was banned. I am truly heartbroken. Why was he banned? It says he was on a neg repping spree, but I did not see him neg rep one person.

He neg repped a few people and got banned. You really kinda answered your question yourself. Lol. He did do it, I'm not sure exactly why he wasn't allowed to neg people though. They may have been deleted due to kids complaining or you may have not looked very hard. Only banned for a month.

He negged rep like 9 people or something, I'm sure all the negative rep he gave was deleted.

@Bend then the problem was solved. As long as he doesn't do it again, he should be unbanned.

He abused reputation to a higher limit. Philly banned him. It was fair.
