There are massive white splats everywhere.
What's wrong?

Using firefox. Internet explorer is gay, so can't use that. Installing chrome to see.
Deleted cache ect. Suggestions?

Could just be Windows 7 on Windows Classic theme. Better performance with Aero disabled.
