runescape rares are crashing? The supply for these items are limited, and despite the worth of RS currency dropping (it's easier to gain GP), I don't see why these rares are plummeting in price. Any thoughts? Maybe I can eventually afford one at this rate, but this is just out of curiosity.

Look and July 2010 and January 2011.
It was high in July, then in January it dropped. And went up again in July 2011.

I'm pretty sure that something like that will happen again.
Just my thought.

I bet it is with all of the kids getting out of school for the summer...they want some cool gear, so they start buying up the rares, and after the holidays they sell it all off. Just my .02 though

sometimes they drop way further, then rappidly pick up, not sure about now but it used to be because people merched them.
