Why do people sell bannged tags?

I'm new to this website and I've noticed people selling "banned tags".. is there a way to unban them cause I've got some pretty sick tags that got banned in the past for doing cod4 infections, any help would be appreciated!

Usually, people buy them off cheap to stock up then if a method comes out they make bank on all the tags.

But yeah, people who can actually use the unbanning method ca make tons buying them for cheap and reselling or just keeping them.

Yes, that is the exact reason, and people can buy the banned tag, swap it, and then make more money off of it.
