Title says most, I can't really understand that, as I believe that a jagroll actually is fair.

I mean, you haven't worked for much?

Now, I don't want to argue... just stating my own opinion.

So can someone, please tell me WHY?

They are upset that they have let the computer run for so long and essentially got nothing out of it. I would be upset to be rolled but I wouldn't rage since it would be my fault.

I would just start botting again, lol.

Because either botting is their life or Runescape is.

Personally, I wouldn't give a single fuck.

I got jag roll'd a few months ago D:
My fishing went from 90--> 10
A few other skills to 10
And My combat stats all back to 70.

Wait I know this is off topic, but say you had a account that finished most of the legit hard quests and you get rolled back to 1 def/pray, will you still have like ancients, fire cape, barrows gloves because you could do some legit damage!?

On topic, I think it's because they realize what they lost will never get it back, also I see most of them keep playing people quit when they get bannned tho!:p

I know some guy had fire cape on a lvl 14, so yeah, that is possible. Not sure about the other ones though.

Yes you keep the items unless they decide to remove it (normally they don't bother). A good deal of level threes with firecapes. And one you remove you can't put back on so it's not a huge thing

and most actually get those levels back pretty quick lol

I don't understand it either,

Well until the ban fully expires your under jagwatch, which is usually at least a year.
