Why did Instagram start banning accounts?

I've seen that many people's Instagram's have been deleted. does anyone know why? they deleted my 30k also

Just try and get the sales threads deleted, no harm done there.

my account and @ have never been sold/bought on a site. A lot of people at school have also had their accounts deleted so I don't think that is the issue
