Why can't all new members be like this guy?

This user just registered today and hit me up to buy something off me. I trusted him and we did a deal worth over $150. No mm.

He went first and the deal went perfect.

I encourage all new members to be like this one. I thought a thread was mandatory.

I think the only problem with this is people get scammed out of going first. Another serious issue is newly registered members understanding what rep and vouch means and how they're different.
