Most of the ogs i find on xbox or semis are like inactive since teh OG xbox days.. like why .. :/

Made them on the original console and didn't care enough to swap to 360

The ones that are Inactive are V1's Which get reset every 7 Years i Believe, Cant remember the exact year but whatever, they get reset after being Inactive for a long time, And Most Original Gamertags where made back when the 1st Xbox first released. Hope I helped man.

It's not exactly 7 years, there's no specific dates for when a reset may or may not occur. Also, some OGs may have been ported to the 360, but the owner may have quit them at some point after this, as they are usually on high tenure accounts if they're inactive.

Thanks for Correcting me "Raptor lx", Also accounts that are silver with the Original Xbox Gamerpicture are usually V1's and the ones that are Gold with tenure are the Originals that have been swapped to Xbox 360, Microsoft resets them randomly, thats why most people Turbo silver Gamertags that appear to be Inactive for a long time.

Can anyone explain to me why there are inactive accounts but they say Gold next to them? Here, it says http://xboxgamertag.com/search/unfathomable this person has Gold, but he's inactive. Does this mean the account is banned or does it mean he's paying for Gold on it when he doesn't even play on it anymore? I ask if it means its banned because my account says it has Gold when its banned til 9999 http://xboxgamertag.com/search/last reflex

2 years, and I consider it inactive since he only played for about 3 months and then he never played again. I was using it as an example as well.

He could have just put gold on the account and one day just decided to not play on it again its still gonna say it has gold until he actually signs back into the account.
