@mojo "swatting" by it's name is pretty obvious what it is. Swatting is originated from sending the SWAT TEAM to another person's house as a joke.

Hence it is SWATTING not policing. The only reason the swat team won't bust in someone's house is if #1 the caller is fucking stupid #2 No swat team.
