Who rated your thread?

I have added a plugin which allows admins, staff, mods, power, and onyx member's to view who rated their thread as well as the option to delete their own ratings. Just click "Thread Rating" right before the stars and a popup will appear showing you all the details.

Thanks for the plugin, i'm on mobile most of the time during night time so I won't need this as much.
