'Beholder' he does not own it, and Dreams Cosmo does not own it either. The person who actually owns this tag, is Noah. Around September i believe, he made a "tag jacking service" and one of the tags he said he "jacked" was Hulk. I didn't believe he owned it, so he had me add it, and he told me he would add me, then delete me; which happened. Obviously he didn't jack it, but the point is he has it.
