Who else went through this to get their xbox 360?

First or second shipment of 360's i actually stayed the night at best buy.

Now keep in mind I live near Chicago and it was fall, i ended up staying there for over 12 hours and the temperature was between 10 degrees and -5 degrees the entire night...

After 12 hours in -5 degree weather you can't function lol it was pretty terrible.

Anyone else stay overnight for their xbox's?
 
No but I heard my mom did to get mine. I have never had RROD either. Only issue was she knocked it off my dresser in the summer of 07 and corrupted my hard drive and had to send away for a new one.
 
Ouch rough, only prob that ever came up with mine was the red rings once but microsoft fixed it for free :)
 
Only problem I ever had was once, when my Fable 2 kept freezing. But I saved it onto my HDD and now its all good!
 
Never played any games in the Fable series, is Fable 3 worth getting? It looked fun.

Fable 2 was super fun, but after 2-3 playthroughs its boring. I don't have Fable 3 though so I'm not sure looks cool...
 
after 2 - 3 playthroughs of any game it gets boring lol but still thanks for the opinion xD
 
hahah, no i didn't have to go through that, i just had to wait a couple of months after the relase of the Xbox360 halo reach limited edition, then my Bro gave me his old one, then he got the Halo reach edition one ahah, im kinda lucky that way, cuz my bro gave it to me for free of charge, but no games thats the only downside :)
 
I went through the door at gamestop, in like 07, and asked for one, gave them the money, walked out. It really toke a while, because the line had a few people in front of me.
 
I had iXtreme, the hacked firmware on mine. It got banned, ended up selling it for 150$ without the HDD, a deal came with a 129.99$ arcade, i gripped it and popped the HDD on. = MADE 20$ from getting my console banned

We were going to ask my friend that worked at Target to hide one for me but we ended up going in there the day they got a shipment now i own 3 xboxs and have had 2 red rings of deaths
