Who do I send this To?

Ight. I just brought 40 Koinz from @Balfour so I could buy onyx and change my username and title

When I click to reply, it does not have anyone in the recipient part of the message, and when I try to send, it says there has to be at least 1 recipient.

Do I just send it to @Philly or what? I'm not sure what to do.

I do not know then. That is an issue that I have never seen.

Well I decided to just send it to @Philly @Color and @Rude, so hopefully one of them helps me out
