White People Saying the N-Word

I'm black and don't care if they say nigga... but most white kids in my city wouldn't call a black person a ****** to their face.

Its a genuine word to describe a black person.
So I say fuck her in the pussy.

But if they do not like chikhan, bitch they hologram.

Hell ya, all my black friends are my niggas they have given me permission to callem niggas.

Think about this: What's more racist? Saying a word that resembles a derogatory term from ages ago, or not being allowed to say a certain word because of your skin color?
There is a very big difference between it with an A at the end and saying it with an ER at the end. Simply because Nigga isn't a bad term. It's simply a different word for 'homie' or 'friend' and should be treated as such.

EDIT: Sorry for reviving old post, I just have strong opinions on this argument

If you think that because I'm white, I'm not allowed to say a word, you are mistaken.

I dont believe in verbal racism. I'll hate on someone regardless of race.

If you're black, or white, I'll make fun of your flaws/traits.

There's nothing wrong with being politically incorrect.

If you discriminate against others on the basis of their race, then you're a racist, yes?. Of course yes. So, if you discriminate against people who say certain words on the basis of their race, then you're a racist.

It's all about context. I mean there's the scenario of someone citing it in a casual conversation, then there's a 11-year-old fat kid on Xbox Live calling black people '******s' in the post-game lobby to purely to piss them off and make them feel bad about themselves, and then there's the uneducated and genuinely racist redneck insulting a black guy by calling him a '******'. Words are dreadful at capturing this element of sincerity, so we probably would hold all three as racist bigots even when there was no sincerity in two of them.

But just look at the damn definition of ******. It means a black person. I understand it's a derogatory term, however, that suggests there's something wrong with being a black person. And if there's nothing wrong, isn't the status of derogatory ultimately void? There is a huge inconsistency there for people who empower derogatory words and assert them as always bad and offensive. And, this divergence in their logic only seems to fuel the stupor within the dialogue.

This is this logical answer. Just say fuck everyone, then it doesn't matter anymore.

I'm white and I don't say the "N Word". It's okay for a colored person to say it, I think, because they're not offending anyone.

EX: A white person can call another white person a cracker because both of them are white. It will make you racist if you say it to another race and you'll most likely get beat up.

EX: If a person that is straight calls someone that isn't straight "gay" will be messed up because you're offending them.

I just think it's okay for a white person to call another white person a cracker because both of them are one. Same with colored people and homosexual people.

As long as you say it with a qq (niqqa) and don't mean it offensively its chill although its not the word that makes it a big deal its the way you used it.

Why can't white people say it? I thought we were all supposed to have "equal rights"...

Racism is obviously still alive people....

honestly saying the N word doesn't even matter anymore. It is used everyday by so many people...and the meaning of it has completely changed now adayyyyys.

To me personally it is acceptable for all races to say the N-word because it doesn't relate to any specific ways (no matter what anyone told you), I grew up hearing all races using that word daily. So yeah, I find it perfectly acceptable for white people to use the N-word.

If I had to write a College essay as to why I think it is acceptable I definitely could.

If not explain why.
If so explain when it's ok to use it.

I'm white, and sometimes I will say it, but I don't mean any offense to black or African Americans. I think our society and culture is so surronded on rap and hip hop (which is fine) that the word "nigga" is used routinely. Although I agree that it shouldn't be said, I have been exposed to it to much, that I don't even realize the meaning behind it. To me it's another way of saying "bro" or "man" not "african slave." I feel like people shouldn't say it but at the same time I feel like it's ok, as long as you aren't meaning any offense, like me or my man @melephunk .

If you get upset over the fact that another person is using their right to speak their mind, you always have the option to not listen. It doesn't matter who you are, its a fucking word. All of this "If a black person says..." is horse shit and only perpetuates the idea of racism because its ok for one group to say/do something but not another group. In my opinion, we're all people. We all have the right to say what ever the fuck we want to say, regardless of who may or may not be offended. If you're not mature enough to disregard something because you don't like it, go live under a rock and don't come back.
