Which type of marriage is better?

In eastern culture, most of people do arrange marriage.
In recent days love marriage also becoming popular. Can you share your opinion which type of marriage break up most and why?

i think marriage in general is bad. i just have a girlfriend, we dont plan to get married because that leads to problems like divorce and stuff.

i think love marriage with the involvement of both family is better....because choosing among the parents and the person we love is very difficult task...

For me, there is no other reason to get married other than being in love. But marriage based on love alone does not guarantee that its gonna work out smoothly. Respect is a big factor too, team it with patience and understanding. Some fixed marriage survives the test of time because they made it work. I mean marriage whether arranged or based on love needs working out.

People get married for all sorts of reasons, and many of them aren’t the “right” reason, whatever “right” means anyway. Who are we to say which is better or worse given that about half end up in divorce, anyway?
•So, did you marry for the “right” reason (and please define “right”)?
•And, is a (pending) marriage like Crystal’s and Hef’s more honest than a marriage based on anything else, including “love”?
