you forgot to mention first sig was made wtih photoshop, and second was made with paint
 
I like the first one better, just because of the colors.
If I was rating the text, I would say the 2nd one.
First for colors, Second for text.
Overall, they were both good.

Since they're both just text signature, 2nd one.
Better font, better style. And to consider the fact that you used PS while he used MS paint, and they're at the same level of appealing appearance, is pretty bad. Sorry.

No, I'm sure he used paint.
They're both pretty bad, but his is still sadly better.
 
The color scheme is better in the 2nd one, the icons are more HQ in the first one, but they are just copy and paste so that really doesn't matter. The setup is better in the 2nd one and it appeals more to be since it fits with this forum's color scheme better. Not to mention that the font's are better in the 2nd one.

Overall the 2nd one is the best.
