I don't follow any religions but I'm not atheist.

Then you're agnostic.

Its not that I think nothing is known or is true, its I'm just not sure what I personally believe.

Like I said, you're agnostic.

No because he doesn't fall under any of the categories of Agnosticism. It seems that he is just undecided not because evidence leaves him to be but because he doesn't know which evidence to follow.

If 'he doesn't know which evidence to follow', theoretically, it's the topic of insufficient or lacking evidence that is influencing his perspective.

In other words;

'Being undecided because evidence leaves him to be' is essentially the same thing as being 'undecided because he doesn't know which evidence to follow'. It's the fact that he doesn't know which evidence to follow that makes it so that he undecided. Understand?

I hope I didn't lose you. Bottom line, there is no other option for him. Atheist, theist or agnostic (besides the rest of the religions). This agnostic perspective was created and is defined in an effort to uniformly group everyone else together that isn't already sharing a common belief. So in theory, it's like saying, you have no choice to be part of one. It's like saying, I'm not Hispanic, African-American, Caucasian, etc. Then what are you?

The evidence for or against isn't what has me unlabeled.

I am strongly against organized religion, but I don't consider my self atheist because I do believe something happens after death besides just non existence, but I don't really believe in a higher power.

Which is why I consider my self neither an atheist or theist.. I should have explained it in more detail in my first post.

Wrong, being Atheist is a disbelief. For example disbelief of a God or an "All-knowing creature".
Not a religion.

“Atheism is the position that affirms the non-existence of God. It proposes positive belief rather than mere suspension of disbelief.”

Google and/or Yahoo answers works very well for you.

Maybe you should like to look at what a religion is?
Just a few pointers:

Code:
Belief in supernatural beings such as gods.
A distinction between sacred and profane objects.
Ritual acts focused on sacred objects.
A moral code believed to be sanctioned by the gods.
Prayer and other forms of communication with gods.
A more or less total organization of one's life based on the world view.
A social group bound together by the above.

If you still think Atheism is a religion when what isn't a religion?
