which one is better Dvd or Blueray?

Well to me Blueray is better but Dvds are cheaper and you can always burn Dvds but you cant burn BLuerays. What do you think?

Also im not that expert in blueray but correct me if im wrong blueray goes up to 16GB ? while DVD can go max up to 8gb,

You need special Blueray reader if u want to burn blueray disk

The Blueray trend hasn't really caught up in India. And I prefer flash memory over both of these any day.

Dvd goes beyond 8gb? Becouse I had/burned one DVD that had 8gb so is 8gb max or it goyes beyond?

Yes, DVD goes byond 8gb you probably bought an 8gb Cd but theygo past 8gb. Google it. Hope i helped

You're talking about a double sided DVD. As far as single sides, the most you can go with is a dual layer or 8gb

blue-rays have more space, that equals more quality. You can't burn with them, but you don't need that super high quality if you are not selling the CD's that you burn for e.g (and that is ilegal).

I prefer DVD more than Blueray. Im not sure why, but I do. DVD is much easier to use.

Blu Rays are great if you want quality but cost just too much for me.

DVD is the way to go for a cheap man.

Blu-Rays has more Space and has better quality than DVDs. In the black market you can't see anything that is "pirated Blu-rays" but you always see "pirated DVDs".

I haven't even seen a blueray yet lol. I'd imagine the picture has to be better than DVD, but I don't know if it's more convenient. Probably not. And it probably costs way too much.
