I guess it is Japan that makes the most animated film or show. They have the best anime ever. Like Naruto ,One Piece, Bleach and many more. I got to watch these anime every week. Naruto is making it to the top by it's action scenes and exciting fighting scenes.

i would say Japan, since a lot of anime which are popular worldwide originated in Japan such as Naruto, Bleach, DeathNote.
