Which Better for Reformat using.. USB or CD ROM?

Both have advantages and disadvantages
If you use CD than it will be a little slow but trustable.
If you use pendrive/USb drive it will be faster but not so trustable.

Its your choice I prefer Pendrive for its speed!!

CD is faster than the others.When I reformatted my computer the guy just used a CD and its like poof! after 5 mins :)

CD ROM is faster, You should go for CD ROM.
 
I like USB than CD ROM
CD ROM is more bulky than USB
nowadays USB is quite cheap too so in my opinion it is better to use CD ROM

CD-ROm is way safer when reformatting. Sometimes on FLASHDRIVES it crashes or it tooks so long specially when its XP. But Windows 7 is fine :D

cd:you can get up to 17gb (duable lyer 8.5 bluray)
dont get damge
usb:get damge
more than 17gb up to unlimet
