Well im trying to get 40 defence on my ranging pure and I just don't know where to train. My combat lvl is 39, my ranging lvl is 43, and my defence is 28. Can someone tell me a place to train for fast def xp?

I used to go to hill giants, they are easy to kill and give good xp.
Minotaurs in the stronghold of security.
I suggest staying in a safe place at Fresh Crawlers. They are easy to kill. If you decide to use em, go to a foreign world.
Wow you people respond fast lol. I have been killing hill giant I just got tired of them I think im gonna try flesh crawlers.
If you are P2P, go train on Gnome Guards. If you are F2P, train on Flesh Crawlers.
