Where to start?

Well I havven't made a fresh account in a LONG time, so I need some tips on what to do :3

I've always ended up losing everything immediately, any better tips?

Make a new account, before playing.. Set recoveries, set email, and then log in. I only suggest this for money mine until you can get iron, and mine a lot of iron. Then once you have a good quantity of money start working on everything else.
