In General Actually These promo Codes aka promotion Codes Are Freely Distributed By Companies To Promote their Products And I Think That Those Codes Are Given To Authorized Shops. Maybe Somehow they Leak.

Like Cyberghost Once Was Giving Out Free VPN Service Promo Codes To Promote Selling Of The Service.
