Not sure why you would want to find seeds, but the easiest way to find if you have no connection would be to go to a party and ask the group of kids who are standing outside passing a blunt around. Or you can order Pizza, and when the delivery driver gets there, Just ask him if he can get you some. Worst case scenario, he says "No sorry dude", and you move on. Best case, now you have some bud!

well, in my college us ''smokers'' usually gather around a parking lot, its usually around 20+ people smoking (cig,weed). Now if you come to our group, you'dsee like 5-6 guys,just passing around a joint or two, thats where you go and ask. Goodluck buddy.
