Hey just wondering where would be a good spot to get 99 str, att, and def, but also getting good drops and effigies and charms? I'm looking for like 50k exp per hour +

Ghouls sounds like a good spot for you, I get 70k XP an hour and a ton of charms. Only problem is you make no money, also tzhaars is good as with the onyx added in I get upto 500k gp and 60k XP

i think tzhaars are a good spot for you man, they are pretty high level so you get a good chance of effigy drops (i got one last night)
they also have good drops like onyx tips, and obby items, and if you train there long enough and save up your tokulls you will get an onyx eventually

Do slayer loads of charms and pretty quick xp.
Edit: Get one slayer task and bot the assignment.

Get a 1500+ total and do watchtower, then bot blue dragons in 1500+ total world at oogloog or w.e it's called, because there is not that many people there.
