There is nothing really to hear besides what was already said by me that is. He broke/breached our legal contract which is why he was demoted from his position here on FK and now is butt hurt because I wont send him money I am legally not obligated to send him. Unlike him, even now I will not breach the contract I signed therefore I cannot and will not discuss anything with anyone other then his lawyer or his mother which co signed the contract for him. I would prefer at this point taking it to court however because of the way he acts, I also may consider legal action against him depending fully on what childish decisions he decides to make. 

You must understand in business if you sign a contract in which there is agreements set that bond you to follow and not break and you go ahead and break them, everything at that point is completely and utterly out the window. I am sorry but I am not the one that decided to sell FK items for personal gain and not tell my business partner about strictly to keep all profits for myself, that was him. That was just one of 13 contract breaches @narc conducted throughout our partnership, after giving him several chances to straighten out and follow our agreements he continued to break them. 

After a contract is breached I have absolutely no legal obligation of literally ever speaking to him let alone paying him a penny, however me being me STILL was the nice guy and offered the dude the difference in which he did not make back due to our partnership being nulled. Yet he continued to be disrespectful, childish, fake and severely immature so now I refuse to pay him anything unless the courts find me obligated to, in which is impossible with the evidence I have against him breaching our private legal contract.

In all, the very immature post he created while I was at the hospital taking care of my girlfriend and daughter was uncalled for and was the tip of the iceberg. Might I add he edited quite alot of the logs and breached our contract for the 14th time by posting some of what he did as within the logs did contain extremely confidential information that was more than agreed upon not ever to be disclosing nor discussed publicly. 

My lawyer has made it very clear to me to watch what I say on this matter. The only thing further I would like to add is that I will consider legal action against @narc depending on how much further he breaches the contract. At this point it is not worth it to me, but if he takes to continuing to post absolute bullshit I will not hesitate on suing him and pressing charges immediately.

I'm excited to find out some more of the additions you plan to make; however, if I seem like I'm sitting in the same place on the site for a long time, I probably shot myself due to the ads...

Thank you! I will have them removed for mods after further testing is complete. :)

Totally explains the inactivity. I was inactive for 6 months when Bentley was born. So I have firsthand appreciation for what you're going through.

Congratulations on having a kid, sorry to hear you guys had problems during the pregnancy, but it seems everything turned out well.
