Where can I fight armored zombies?

Well, it's been so long sense I have done the quest "Defender of Varrock". So I need to fight armored zombies. Where can I fight them at?

You will find them at Chaos Temple Dungeon.

I see that now, but I don't see Hartwin in the Varrock Palace.

Go to the top of the Varrock castle and the guy who takes you to the Chaos Alter is there. Talk to him, go down the ladder, and you're there.
