That's a rather large statement as a good chunk of our understanding of the human mind is based on the research of Carl Jung. If it's the crap you say, then why do multi-million dollar companies use this to further productivity in the work place?

I don't believe something as complex as the human mind can be pigeon-holed and labelled. There is such a multitude of facets to the mind that I believe it is impossible to predict, for example, a persons future job from a 50-question quiz. There may be truth in personality types, but in my opinion they are gimmicks. As I said, I received INTP, and then I did it again and got ENTP. I'm not trying to offend you or anything so just chill out.

No offense was taken, I'm merely trying to discuss this intellectually. I do believe you misunderstood my meaning when I said to further productivity in the work place as it's not used to place an individual in a certain position, rather to put individuals around people they will more than likely work well with. As for the labeling, well you may be correct there, however I see this as more of a tool for understanding and observing patterns of behavior that are ever present among a significant portion of the population as opposed to trying to be concrete and indisputable. As for why you received differing results, it may be (as I've experienced something similar where I scored ISTP then took it again and got INTP because I have about equal Sensing and Intuition) that you're near equally Introverted as you are Extroverted. I'm no psychologist however, so what I'm saying is merely speculation and logical inferring.
