What's this mean?

Just got a pop-up on my iPhone lockscreen and it said: "You have new activity on your profile", and it was for Instagram. I went on and there were no new likes, followers, and comments. Does anyone know what they mean by that?

Instagram has been really glitchy these past few weeks.
It may just be another glitch.

This is most likely just a new update they have implemented. A lot of people have been getting it as well.

It's just a lag bug. They're testing their notification system, and that's from the last activity you received. You've more than likely opened Instagram since your last activity, so nothing new shows up.
