Giant Spiders in the Stronghold of Security are said to give 50k exp/hr. The only problem is when there are a lot of people there which is almost always.

Ok, I would suggest that you just do flesh crawlers, you will probably be getting about the same exp/hr as spiders, but It will save you a lot of food and probably be more efficient. I get about 50k/hr but I have 99 str.

what im doing, and have been doing for ages. Getting about 27-31k exp/h
