Whats Character Evading ?

Where you quote a post but you don't type 25 letters, so when you post it doesn't give you the " You need 25 characters to post " error. But if you don't type 25 char you get warned.

Character Evading: When you post, but you don't use 25 characters.
LQ: LQ means Low Quality
 
haha TJ and is that why people say stay active and HQ (High Quality)? Let me know.
