What's a good workout for a 14 year old teen?

Hey guys, so recently school got back in for me, and let's just say over break I got a lot less fit. I was wondering if there are any good workouts that I can do for free? Thanks.

You should try just playing a sport. Sports get you fit if you are at it every single day.

I suggest creating your own ladders or find some decent ladders on Google. Also, you should find some meals plans to go with it rather than just working out. Let me know if you need any good meal plans.

I know, the only sport I'm good at is running and cross country season ended, and track is not till another season. I need a workout to stay fit.

What are good meal plans? So for lunch at school I have a pizza place, 2 burger places, a Indian place, a sushi house, a Mexican place and that's it.

That will get you skinny. To get some muscles try just continuously benching weights and working harder and harder. I don't even worry about meals. I honestly eat whatever I want, but I always work it off when I workout with my cousin.

Ok, I suck at benching so what's a good starting weight?

May I ask how much you do you weigh? In kilos.
Assuming you're fat here's what you should do.
Eating is your main priority. Any exercise should be cardio for the first month or so, like running/most sports. This will burn some of your body fat and make you a little leaner.
After that if you want to build muscle, sign up to a gym.

If you're skinny, it's gonna be a shit load harder.
Eat. all. the. time.
Don't do much cardio, focus on muscle growth by going to the gym.

Ok I'm skinny, also I weigh 58.967 in kilos or if I round 59. I weigh 130 lbs.

If you're looking to start off at benching, just keep putting more and more weight on until you feel like it will be too hard.

I've been benching and curling for like 2 years now and I'm 14. I bench around 195.

Holy crap! The most I've seen a 14 year old do is 100 something.

Well you're gonna have a shit time haha, trust me, I did.
You literally have to be eating double that do you currently.
Protein shakes are good.
As far as work outs go, play a sport, and go to the gym.
Honestly though, eating is the biggest part of it.
Without mass amounts of food, all you'll be doing is tearing your muscles and not repairing them.

Any good type of protein shakes I could buy at a local pharmacy?

Ask the pharmacist for the most suitable one.
I use whey protein powder, they come in different concentrates.

I'll see about buying that, I don't have that much money for it right now. But thanks man.

Run / Jog
Push ups / Pull ups
Crunches

I do that shit just to stay fit but not become a fucking muscleman.

Don't drink protein shakes unless you're lifting weights. It helps the muscles actually "rip." What exactly are you aiming for, to lose weight or to grow muscle?

To grow muscle and what should I do?

I'm 15, I started wrestling last year and I'd say I'm built for my age. I wasnt really trying to get muscle but it just kind of happened. This year I started actually trying to gain more muscle. I suggest push ups and pull ups every night, you can get a pull up bar anywhere. Also, if you'd like, join a gym and start on dumbells. Don't start too high though, I did that and both of my arms stayed stiff in a 90 degree angle the entire weekend, it sucked lol. Good luck.

Ok, thanks I'll see about getting a pull up bar.
