Thanks and I only use gimp, and I was going for the more of hard to read look because part of it says "The drunk husky" giving you the idea he's drunk so everything a bit blurred but thanks for the feedback!

Very possible, just not online that much anymore... my job works me 6/7 days of the week now with hardly any free time... don't care to much cause its good money. But yes I came here from HF

It seems that you're a beginner?
To start with, avoid using filters such as neon glow and all others. I know that you wanna get to use them all when you first start making signatures but you'll have time for that, try to keep it simple.
The image seems cut off at the edges due to the canvas size, you should try adding a border or making the renders smaller.
