In all honesty though, having control over the fate of some users here being eligable to enjoy the forum site has clouded a few staff members vision. I recieve bullshit warning alot from a certain staff member, admin is notified of a few members ban evading (has pm contact withthem and i have proof) knows of some members selling phished accounts and several other violations of the fk rules and they do nothing about it lol

Warnings are there for a reason. You should know what's allowed and what isn't. It's a forum and the staff aren't your baby sitters, you break a rule you get a warning simple as that. As for ban-evading and phishing, unless you provide solid 100% proof, then I don't think he's going to bother. When I was staff there was none of these problems, I just did my job like everyone else, like giving out warnings when people broke rules, like the staff are doing now. I don't see why now people are bitching about things.

I bitch when a yser post a hot link to his thread in a new thread saying can any one help me appraise these, and i provided solid proof of the kid adkitibg he phished em, and i have photo proof of philly talking to a kid via PM that admitted he was a multy accounter :/

Unless the proof was on FK (post or pm) then he most likely, nor would I, accept the proof simply because they can be doctored.
