What skill to train

Since my bot is down,I need a skill to train that does not take too much focus and is decently easy and little loss or profit.

Post skill and method.

High alch or super heat items.
If high alch, then look here and look what item would you alch for the less loss of money.
If super heat, then steel bars.

Train mining. You can get some good money mining iron.
