Well, I went out to buy a $100 PrePaid Visa from a store close to me. I did this and was all happy I was going to get my PayPal out of negative and I asked the lady at the store if I could use it for online purchases and online banking and stuff and she said I could. I was kind of scared of doing it at first because the lady thought PayPal was a game and she offered me a Xbox Live gift card because she though PayPal was a game on XBL LOL.

But, apparently I can't add money to my PayPal with this card for some stupid reason. So, maybe you guys can give me some ideas on what to buy online. It can range anywhere from some cheap gadgets, supplies or anything that would be cool to have.

You can send it to someone like me and I can refund it, then it should be in your balance of paypal if you attached it to your account.
 
Same thing happened to me, I live in Canada and bought one of those prepaid visa cards and I just explained to them that it didn't work and I photoshopped a picture and they returned it after the verified the balance.

I can't refund it after I opened it :(. And it is attached to my PayPal, here's the message I get when trying to add money to it.

and it should go into your balance.
 
You can't add money to a visa card unless it's specifically a pre paid one.
Every other visa card has it's set limit and that's it.
 
This happens for me when I use prepaid Visa cards. There should be a number to call to verify the card. Call the number and give them your address/name and stuff. Once they register it PayPal will accept it. :)

This actually may solve my problem, I can visit a website to verify the card myself by adding my address and everything. If it works, thank you very much <3.

Alright, fuck you PayPal, I'm so fucking pissed it's beyond me now. I go to resolve it after verifying it and everything and it gives me the same message, I'm like okay what the hell. So I go back to my Visa Prepaid bank thing online and PayPal took 1 fucking dollar out. So, they're saying they cannot verify the payment resolve but they'll still take $1 because there lying assholes, yeah, makes perfect sense.

Got it all worked out, when I was making a payment with PayPal it automatically made the balance all better :D. I bought BlackShades and Cryptex :p.

You don't need PP to use a visa card, just add your zip code with the # on the back.
 
Buy a BB gun that can pierce skin like me.

I feel protected as fuck with it. Keep it near my computer :)
