Yea I found that out like 5 minutes after I posted this. It's not available on XBL marketplace anymore I don't think.

If they have any for NBA 11, 12, or 13 I'm sure it should have an OKC in there also.

It's not hard to add custom pictures. Just go to XboxMB & download Horizon. I'd let you use my Diamond account, but idk.

Yeah I just went on horizon and got all I did was copy paste the id photo HMU If you need help
