Yeah it came out March 28th, and it is currently like 280k in G.E, but you have to buy it for like 1.5m to get it.

It also doesn't require any quests completions to get.

Dude I fucking love it. Especially for PKing.
It is so effective against most Pure's armor.
I constantly hit 300+ on my Pure.
