What has happened to Power+

Quanity over Quality is all I have to say. Stats don't mean anything if the person just post-boosts and requires his friends to +rep him, and do tons of giveaways just to get rep. A person may only have 100 posts, but what is better. A person with 100 posts that are literally HQ essays or, a LQ user that post-boosts and begs for rep, so they can have those numbers.

You got the saying backwards, it is Quality over Quantity in the context of what you are saying. I do agree, I'd rather have somebody who posts High Quality posts instead of useless spam, but I did state towards Michael that there are users that don't even have half the requirements but were able to acquire power+. There are always diamonds in the rough who deserve something but don't meet one of the specific requirements set, but when it's a multitude of users where most, if not all do not meet a bunch of the requirements I felt like bringing this topic up for discussion.

I agree. With the amount of time some new users do actually put forth effort into the forums, there are "exceptions". I don't want to toot my own horn here, but I feel like for what I have done it could be worth it, but I would rather wait until I have that one month of online time, and whatnot.

Exactly. If the rule is, don't let bad-guys into your house, but then you give an exception to a thief, why not just take off the rule and allow the murderer in.

Stop trying to cause problems and use the search option. Everyone in Power+ imo is deserving, complaining about deserving users in a group will change nothing as I will never take something away once its sold no matter what.

There is no requirments for Power+, you only must be accepted to get in.
